Hi
i am going to work in guangzhou with china Z and then TRP.
does it have limited time for example only 5 years ( said in Z page) or it can renew every year with no limitaion ( until you have contract) ?
and is it possible to change it to permanant after some years?

If you have valid work Z type, you can apply for a Chinese residence permit after entering mainland China. The residence permit is usually valid for one year or more. It's possible to change it to permanent after some years.
