Can Malaysia get free temporary visa during layover.

I will transit at Shanghai Pudong to Malaysia. Layover night 15 hours. Can I get temporary visa? Can I check in hotel nearby airport ?

You cannot get free transit in mainland China. You should apply for a visa for the layover beforehand.
