About:Shanghai Travel

144-hour visa: Seattle -> Seoul -> Shanghai | SH -> Seoul -> Seattle ?

As a US citizen traveling to SH for a business meeting, does the following schedule qualify for 144-hour visa?
Depart: Seattle, WA (Friday) to SH, China (Saturday) with 1h 10m layover in Seoul, Korea, South
Return: SH, China (Wednesday) to Seattle, WA (Wednesday) / 2h 35m layover in Seoul, Korea, South

No, according to your itinerary, you cannot enjoy the 144-hours visa free policy.
