About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Hong Kong - Shanghai -Dubai (with 80 minute layover in Hong Kong airport)

I travel from Hong Kong after a 6 day stay to SH for a further 6 days then fly back to Dubai but via Hong Kong airport. Can I assume this is not allowed as part of the 144 hour visa?
