Am a filipino sr citizen from phils, will tour shanghai and beijing sept 2018., no longer employed.  No big amount in bank deposits., just remittance from daughter.m will i be granted tourist (L)  for 6 days visit?

It's possible for you to get the tourist L type if you will be sponsored by your daughter. You can have a try. If you doubt that, you can contact the China embassy to confirm that before you make the application.
