About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Legaliztion of highest education cert.

Hi, I need to legalize highest education cert. Do I need to submit online to get an appointment or can just walk in?

Already done endorsement at Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia & Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Been trying to call the Embassy numerous time but the line is always busy.

Even this line also always busy : 006-03-21645250

Please help.

Dear, you don't need to make an online appointment. However, due to the current situation, the visa center may have closed, and that may explain why you can't get through the line.
