We fly from London to Shanghai on 8/11, stay 3 nights in SH

Then pick up the cruise in SH (MSC Splendida) sailing on 11/11 ending in Dubai. Can you please confirm we will be fine with this 144 free day visa and if so, how can we apply for it before our journey?
