Hello, I am a Pakistani national My parents visa is S1 they cane to china but now they can't get resident permit under my visa because my entry permit is family entry permit in China not work permit, they need to go out and enter in Q1 under my Chinese wife invitation , anyone know if they go out from china to Malaysia, is it possible for them go get Q1 from Chinese embassy in Malaysia and again enter china ?

It's possible for them to apply for Q1 type from the CVASC in Malaysia. Just give it a try.
