Shanghai Visa Cruise Passenger 144 visa exemption

Hi there, can someone please advise if I qualify for a 144-hour exemption for China?

I will be flying from London to Shanghai - staying 24 hours in Shanghai - then boarding a cruise ship which will be sailing to South Korea, followed by Hong Kong and other ports outside of China - I will disembark in Singapore then fly back to the U.K. after 10 days on the cruise?
