Working visa to residency

I am a Filipina with a Chinese husband. We married here at Hongkong so they advised us to notarized our marriage so that it will be legal to China, my question is:

1. Is it possible for me to apply for working Z then i can apply any job when I get there?
2. Is it okay if i will apply tourist L with my husband documents like bank statements, bank certificate and a letter that he will finance my trip then we will apply for residency .?
