About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I fly to Shanghai stay for 2 night then cruise out round Japan then Back to SH.

On my return my flight is that day SH to Beijing where I will be at the Airport for just over 7 hours then fly back to uk via Dubai. Are the free visas a possibility for me ? or do I need a full visa?

Yes, you need a visa because of your second trip from SH to BJ.
