You can take a train from HK East Raiway Station to Lingshui Railway Station, the train departs from 6:40 to 22:10 with an interval about 30 minutes and then take a bus from Lingshui Bus Station to Baoting. The bus departs from 6:40 to 15:25 with an interval of an hour.
