We will be flying to Mongolia via Beijing with a 15 hour layover.  I have a airport hotel booked for the night.  What one do I need and how do I get it?

As long as the plane out of Beijing doesn't go anywhere else in China or back through Mongolia then you can use the 24 hour twov. Look for the big sign it's in dark blue and large white letters and says 24/144 Hour International Transfer (Apply for Leaving Airport) Avoid any other 24 hours signs as those stay inside the airport.
