About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two Visits

hi,

I'm planning a trip to Australia via Beijing and want to book two return tickets. One from Munich to PEK and one PEK to SYD. So at the end I would have MUC-PEK (stay two days)-SYD and later on SYD-PEK (stay for a day)-MUC.
Do I Need a visa in this case?

thank you in advance

You don't need it. Because you are able to use free transit in Beijing in both ways.
