I an Swedish Citizen flying from Tokyo to Beijing and then home to Sweden. my . Ticket to a third country with confirmed date but not seat confirmed. Do i qualify for the 144 Hour .

Yes Tokyo > Beijing > Sweden is allowed. Just make sure Beijing to Sweden flight doesn't make a stop elsewhere in China. You don't need advance seat assignment, bring copy of the e-ticket receipt/confirmation that includes the ticket number printed on it
