About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Hi I'm thinking of buying a multi city ticket

Sydney to Shanghai (direct)
Shanghai to Busan (direct)
Busan to Sydney (5h layover in Shanghai)

Would this work out with the 144 hour visa free? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply.

Is it possible to use the exemption twice within a short period of time? Say I have another transit (shorter, like 15 hours) in Shanghai or Beijing on my way back home from Busan.

There's no time limit for the 144h twov as long as you're eligible for it.
On your way back home you have to use the 24h transit as your stay is under 24h.
On your way to Korea you can use the 144h twov if your transit time is longer as 24h otherwise you're eligible for the 24h transit too.
