Hi, I am citizen of Turkmenistan, Can I apply for chinese business M in Kuala Lumpur? If yes what kind of documents I need and in which status I have to be in Malaysia ? Thank you!

It's possible for you to apply for business M type from the CVASC in Malaysia. You need to provide your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with 2 passport-style photos, valid residence permit or visa in there, a dispatch letter from your company, and the invitation letter from your Chinese business partner.
