About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Nepali citizen living in UK: do I need transit visa for 1h 25min in Hong Kong International airport?

I'm a Nepali citizen with a valid resident visa for UK. I am flying LONDON->SHANGHAI (transit) ->SEOUL->HONGKONG (transit) ->LONDON

Do I need entry permit for Hong Kong International Airport if it is just a short transit in between planes for 1h 25min? No plans to leave the airport.. I heard the processing time is 4 weeks? but my flight from London is in 3rd week of August :(
