About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US Citizen. I'm going from Japan-Guangzhou-New Zealand.

Do I need to apply for a visa or will I be fine since I'll only be in the airport for 2 hours before catching my next flight?

No visa needed as long as Guangzhou is the only stop in China
