how can i track Postal visa application in UK

i wasa trying to track Postal visa Application, when i go to tracking option, it asks for Pickup form no, i am not sure what that is. i have post office delievery tracking number which i tried along with contact phone number , but system shows information is incorrect . can anyone help?
