Request 24 hours transit visa

I am holding Malaysia passport. is going to transit in Beijing for 24 hours. can I get the 24 hours transit visa.

Kona- Tokyo- Beijing- Tokyo-Kona

You cannot get the 24h twov. You should apply for a visa for that beforehand.
