What is the best Trasportation Card for Tourists in Beijing for one week trip?

Hi, I want to know what is the best and convenient transportation card for one week BJ trip?
Is the card easy to get? Or how can we buy it?
In your opinion, approximately how much should I top-up the card for a week?

You can buy an ordianary card in all aubway stations and I guess CNY 150 is enough.
