About:China Visa Application in USA

American citizen living in Japan

I'm currently living in Japan on a work entry permit would I be able to have someone drop off and pick up my visa for me?

If you make the application in Japan, you can find someone else to drop off and pick up the application on your behalf if you cannot do it in person.
