Question1: Going to Philipippines from Canada. i have 24 hours of layover in PVG. Can I leave my baggage in the airport and then have a glimplse of the city? Or should i check in my baggage immediately for my next flight?Question2: i have 2 hours for my connecting flight. Should I check out my baggage or would it be directly transfer to my next flight? Thank you

If you have 24 hours layover time at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, 24-hour direct transit visa free, 72-Hour Visa Free or 144-Hour Visa Free is eligible for you. You can take advantage of this period of time to visit some main attractions in the city such as the Bund, Yuyuan Garden and Nanjing Road etc. Subway Line 2 can take you to the downtown area. Or you may join in a one day tour with a travel agency. If you book the flights with one airline company, your baggage will be directly transfer to your next flight. If not, you need to check your baggage again at the airport. For the details, you are suggested to consult the airline company.
