Have Business (M) Visa for multiple entries. Can I use for vacation?

I have a "M" type that is good for 10 years. Am I able to use it if I go on vacation to China? I don't plan on doing business there during that time. Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject? From what I have found, it shouldn't be an issue. But some more confirmation would certainly be helpful! Thanks!
