About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

Hi i have a british passport and flying to Brisbane from the U.K. using China southern.

I have one stop in Chengdu and one in Guangzhou. I am in each airport for roughly 3 hours. Will I need any sort of visa for this ? First time travelling alone and I'm worried. Thanks
