About:Chinese Embassy in Cambodia

Non national.Hi, I'm leaving China soon and I'd like to come to cambodia, apply for a student X.

I want to know if it is possible to do if I have the 30 days free visa since my passport is eligible for 30 days free entry. I'm from Rwanda.
