4 ports in China

We are australian passport holders travelling by cruise ship. Arriving in Dalian 23/10/18 then Bejing 24/10/18 for an overnight stay. Then we have a day at sea before arriving Qingdao on 27/10/18. Then another day at sea before arriving in Shanghai for an overnight stay on 29/10/18. Then we sail on to Japan.
Do we need a visa?
