Transit Visa. I am a Sudanese Nationality.

I am flying from Japan to Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) through Guangzhou or Beijing Airports (round trip)
Note: I have Residence Card for both Countries Japan and Saudi Arabia, Do i need a transit entry permit even if i will just stay in airports ?
