About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm flying Brisbane to London with one stop for 16 hrs in guangzhou

can I leave the airport( via train to city) without a visa? Thank you.

Hi, you can apply for 24h twov in Guangzhou, and you are allowed to visit the city of Guangzhou.
