Could someone offer me guidance on a potential itinerary apply for 144 hour free transit ?

UK - BJ (stay 3 nights)
BJ - Hong Kong (4 nights)
HK - BJ (Transit)
BJ - UK

Would I get through under the 144 hour free transit?
