Hi were a party of four traveling from uk then onto Germany for 2hrs stay which we don't leave the airport and then onto China staying in Shanghai for 4 days then onto Japan by cruise ship, will we be allowed to go to Xian to see the terracotta army on the 144hr free transit exemption.
