About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

i have a X1 visa with A 5 year multiple entries

but my first year they put canceled on my visa and i just got a residency permed. my 2 year i over stayed my X1 by a couple of months so i payed the 10000 rmb fee. now I'm back home and wondering if and how i can get back to china. my last residence permit doesn't have anything but and exit day on it. what does that mean, and what must i do to get back to school and finish up my last year.

Hi, if you want to enter mainland China again to get back to school, you can try to apply for a new student X type from the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country. The required documents and application form would be the same as the previous application for X1 type. If it can succeed, you can go to China again. Good luck.
