we broke up, but I'm hoping for him. will I have althe chance to be with him again?

I was born on 9th August 1999.. and I'm still hoping for him. He was born on 25th July 1998. we were very loyal towards each other and we didn't broke up because of cheating. we never cheated on each other. and we always support each other, but I have a very high insecurities of myself of being with him, meanwhile, he was very serious about being with me. we even ever planned about our future life together. will I ever have the chance to be back with him again?
