Hello This Dipak working in Ningbo on foreigner work permit

My work permit is going to expire in October 2018 and now i need to apply for the renewal or extension , could you please guide me what documents is required for renewal .

Hi, as I know, you are supposed to prepare your application form, working contract, your passport and valid visa or residence permit, work permit as well as others.
