About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi Dipak from India...can you give or confirm the below list of document for family residence permit

Hello

I came with another question on residence permit for my spouse and kid...could you please confirm the below list of document required for applying their residence permit

1. Spouse and Kid Passport along with S1 visa (As thy will be coming from INDIA).
2. Temparory accommodation registration receipt issued by the local police station of area within 24 hour of their entry.
3. Physical examination report conducted in chinese authorized hospital.
4. Attested copies of marriage and birth certificate
5. Passport photo as per requirement.
6. copy of my passport and residence permit (valid for one year)

Please add if any other document or important point here as it will be very very useful for me..

Yes, the above-listed documents are needed for the S1 type application. Besides, you need to write an invitation letter for them.

My question was regarding the Chinese "RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR FAMILY" ....Will these document is sufficient for applying family residence permit when they came to china....

Sorry, I made a mistake here. Yes, those documents are enough for the application of the residence permit.
