About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi I am Dipak from INDIA Working in Ningbo china holding residence permit

and Now i want to bring my family ( spouse and kid) and i am in process of applying their S1 visa ..after coming to china ...My family need to apply for residence permit and i heard that the document marriage certificate and birth certificate need to be authenticated by the Chinese embassy in india....Is it true???

Dipak, yes, it is true. The marriage certificate and birth certificate should be attested by the embassy of China.
