About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I am an Italian citizen and I am currently living in Japan with a two-year Research student VISA.

I am contacting you to know if I need to apply for a Chinese entry permit, since I'm travelling back to Europe for tourism and I will have a layover in GUANGZHOU, BAIYUN INTERNATIONAL for 4 hours. Thank you.
