About:China Bank Acount, Credit Card, Traveler's Cheque

Anyone here know how I can deposit money into my Visa Credit card?

I have tried at ICBC to deposit money into my visa but it declines my request.

I think it should work. So you are advised to call the ICBC at 95588 and consult the reasons.
