if i buy transportation card, there is CNY 20 deposit. Can I get back my deposit in the end?

Yes, you can get the deposit, CNY20 at main stations like Exit 19 of People's Square, B1 of Hongqiao Railway Station, Exit 5 of Shanghai Railway Station, B1 of Hongqiao Airport T2, Exit 10 of Zhongshan Park, Exit 2 of Lujiazui, Exit 1 of Jing'an Temple, Exit 2 of Longyang Road. BTW, don't deposit too much in the card, becuase refund of balance over CNY10 will be charged a service fee of 5%.0
