About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Applying for Chinese student visa in Seoul

Hi, I am concerned about the ARC card that is required for applying for a Chinese student X ? I am an Australia and have just passed by through South Korea to apply for my student X as I was advised I could get it here. I was never told about needing an ARC card I am just a temporary visitor,

Hi, as I know, the ARC card is required in CVASC of South Korea. Just for reference. If you doubt that, you can contact the CVASC to confirm that. They would give you a definite answer.
