About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Refund policy

Hello. I didn't make it to the train station on time and now I want to get at least a part of the ticket refunded. I got to the window 5 mins after the train's departird. Can I do anything to get a partial refund for this ticket?

If there are later trains, you could change to the cheapest ticket on the later train, then you could get the price difference back.
