Transit visa in Hong Kong?

Hello,
I am a student doing postgraduate in china. I want to visit Indonesia during this summer vacation in my university. I am a Nepalese passport holder. If i travel from China to Bali via Hong Kong transit in Hong Kong airlines, do i need the entry permit?
