SHANGHAI 144HR VISA

I am trying to get a visa for Shanghai.
please tell me that the 144 hour twov would suit me as i am only in Shanghai from the 1/12/2018 to the 5/12/2018 that being no more than five days. OR can all the information china require be made as i fly out to Shanghai ,either in London airport or on the flight out
