Are we eligible for the 144 hr free transit

Flying from Brisbane to Beijing to commence a cruise from Tianjin on 7th Oct that will disembark in Singapore on the 19th Oct without revisiting China mainland but we do visit Hong Kong during the Cruise. We will arrive in Beijing on the 3rd Oct and have 4 nights in Beijing
