buisness visa for british national going to china

I am a British national with a Vietnamese residence card, I am required to go to China on business. can I get a 1 year multiple entry business M in Hanoi or preferably HCMC, I have my Letter of invitation (LOI) from china, what other documentation do I require? Is there any agency's recommended to carry this out on my behalf?
