luggage /bagage for high speed trains/

Question

I am traveling from Shanghai to Beijing  by high speed ride.  I will be having baggage of about 35-40 kg ( two pieces) . how much is allowed and is there any consignment service in these rides?

There is no consignment service on high speed ride, the luggage can only be arranged on other normal rides. So it would be better if you take all your luggage with you directly. Well, the policy did says 20kg per person, but if your luggages do not looks too big, usually it is not problem to take them with you. They hardly check the weight of luggage unless it looks extremely big
