Please would I need this item (Original and copy of financial guarantee for self-support students) to apply if granted a scholarship with X1/ X2

Hi, if you can get the scholarship, maybe you don't have to show the financial guarantee for the application. If you still have doubt, you are advised to contact the China embassy to confirm that beforehand.
