About:Kunming - Dali High Speed Train

What time does the ticket counter open in Kunming?

My flight arrives at Kunming airport at 1.30am. I plan to connect the earliest ride at 6.24pm. Will the ticket counter be open for me to redeem my high speed rail ticket that I book online with my passport, as I am foreigner.

Yes, as long as there are trains arrive or depart from the station, there will be ticket window in service.
