What time does the high speed train ticketing counter open?

I would like to buy the 6.24am ticket from Kunming to Dali online and what time does the ticketing counter open for me to redeem my online-booked-ticket with my passport? Are there any public transportation from 2am to 5am that I can use to get from airport to Kunming railway station? If by taxi, how much should I expect to pay at that time?

If there is a ride at 6:24am, the counter should be on duty around 5:30am then. I think the last airport shuttle bus to this station should be end at 3am based on the airport website. So you may try to catch it. If you take a taxi, I suppose the price could be around CNY80 to 100
